Welcome to Fleck. This agreement explains how we work together while you use our countdown and memory-keeping tool. We've written this in plain language because we believe legal documents shouldn't require a decoder ring.

What Fleck Does

Fleck helps you track time until important events and attach memories to those moments. Your countdowns, memory anchors, and notes are stored locally on your device. We don't sync them to our servers because we designed Fleck to respect your privacy by default.

Your Data Stays Yours

We don't collect personal information. We don't ask for your email, phone number, or social accounts. Fleck doesn't track your location or sell analytics to third parties. The app works entirely on your device.

The only data we might receive is anonymous crash reports if your app freezes—just enough to help us fix bugs, never enough to identify you.

Memory Anchors & Content

You can attach text notes, gift ideas, and memories to your countdowns. This content belongs to you. We don't review it, moderate it, or claim any rights over it. However, you're responsible for what you write—don't use Fleck to plan harmful activities or store illegal material.

How You Can Use Fleck

• Create unlimited countdowns and count-ups
• Attach memory anchors to any point in your timeline
• Use Fleck for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Share screenshots of your countdowns with friends

Please don't try to reverse-engineer Fleck, remove our branding, or use our code to build competing apps. Don't use automated tools to scrape or bulk-export data from the app.

Countdown Accuracy

Fleck calculates time based on your device's clock. If your phone's time is wrong, your countdown will be wrong. We do our best to handle time zones and daylight saving changes, but we can't guarantee perfect accuracy for every edge case. Use Fleck as a guide, not a legal timekeeper.

Updates & Changes

We may update Fleck to add features or fix issues. Sometimes these updates require new permissions or change how things work. If we make significant changes to this agreement, we'll notify you within the app before they take effect.

You can stop using Fleck anytime by deleting the app. This agreement ends when you do, except that sections about your content ownership and our liability limits survive termination.

Our Responsibility

We build Fleck with care, but we can't promise it will always work perfectly. We're not liable for missed birthdays, late exam arrivals, or any consequences of countdown inaccuracies. Fleck is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

If you lose your memory anchors because your device breaks or you accidentally delete the app, we cannot recover them. Please back up important memories externally.
